Who sees it
Your form details are sent to our team as a private message notification. The Magnet Expert chat uses a third-party AI service to write replies, so the text and photo you type or upload there are passed to that service. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a marketing list. Nothing is sent to you unless you asked for it (a reply to your enquiry, or the checklist you requested).
On your device
The Magnet Expert chat remembers the name and contact you typed in your own browser (local storage) so you do not have to retype it. Clear your browser data to remove it. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party trackers.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop being contacted, by emailing [email protected]. This notice is written with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in mind.
