Our plate magnets are built for food plants that cannot afford metal in the product. You get a surface field of up to ~10,000 Gauss*, a 100% full-weld stainless steel (SS304, SS316 or SS316L) housing with continuous seal welds, no crevices, no gaps and no exposed fasteners on the product side, and seams finished to a smooth, cleanable surface.

Need the same hygienic build in bar form? Full-weld magnetic bars and grate magnets are available to order too. Without full weld, bar and grate magnets can use screws or nuts that leave crevices and threads where deposit builds up, so full weld removes them. Stainless grades 304, 316 and 316L are available; confirm the grade at quotation.

High-energy rare-earth magnet assemblies give a strong surface field to catch ferrous fragments, such as iron particles and worn machine parts, as product flows past. Field strength is confirmed for your air gap and product flow.
The housing is sealed with continuous seal welds, so there are no open seams for product, moisture or bacteria to hide in. No screws or bolts on the product-contact face. Weld seams are finished to a smooth, cleanable surface.
Fabricated in SS304, SS316 or SS316L; 316 and 316L generally suit more corrosive or washdown-heavy environments (confirm grade at quotation). Smooth faces and radiused, finished edges make wiping and washing down quick.

Yes, it is designed to support your HACCP programme. A sealed, smooth, easy-clean stainless magnet is easier to sanitise and inspect, and it can serve as a ferrous foreign-body control at a point your HACCP team has identified. Your HACCP plan, critical control points and validation remain your own.
No. We do not claim that Arrowmatics holds ISO 22000 or HACCP certification. ISO 22000 certifies a food safety management system at your site. Our role is to supply fit-for-purpose, hygienic-design plate magnets that support your ISO 22000 and HACCP programme. Customers remain responsible for their own certification.
Plate magnet housings can be fabricated in food-grade stainless steel grades 304, 316 and 316L. 316 and 316L generally suit more corrosive or washdown-heavy environments. Tell us your product and sanitiser and we will recommend a grade; please confirm the grade at quotation.
Fit a hinged or quick-release design so the plate can be swung open or lifted out, wipe or wash off the captured ferrous material, then inspect the face and weld seams for damage, dents or corrosion, and record the check.
